It was chilly Saturday Morning March 19th but that didn’t stop six Martin 242’s from getting out on the course a good 90 minutes before the first race. The tone of the day was set with a general recall on the first race, soon followed by a surprise shortened course. We had good breeze, around 10 knots, oscillating ten to fifteen degrees from the usual 240. South Coast Corinthian Yacht Club did an excellent job giving us four long races to finish up just before 5pm. Trolly Car put in another excellent performance, closely followed by Sandbox and Dean. The fleet is looking very strong with nine boats competing. Our next High Point event is the Harris Series at CYC, April 9th. See You Then! Photos Courtesy of Rick Horner.
